A fantastic idea Priss, very impressive the 13yr old immortality thing - nice twist.
Develop the scene it needs closure rather than the abrupt ending - how does this section conclude? What does this scene need to accomplish and work from there. Consider what locations will be appropriate for your 'underworld' and where you will get your actors from. Is there anything about whether the pharmacutcals that you could tie in - ie is this drug company responsible and could you allude to this somehow through the MES, ie broken posters for their product.
